When you interact with FlowSync — whether by calling our AI receptionist, booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our client portal — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and property details. When you call, we collect call audio recordings, transcripts, and metadata. We also collect service data (appointments, quotes, invoices, payment history) and usage data (device info, IP address).
2. How We Use Your Information
To process and respond to inbound calls, send transactional SMS messages (call follow-up summaries, appointment confirmations, quote links, invoice links, post-service review requests), create and manage customer records, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS Communications
We send transactional SMS messages to customers who have interacted with a FlowSync-powered business. Messages are sent in response to your inbound call, service booking, or appointment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency is typically 1-4 messages per service interaction. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for marketing purposes.

Your mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are used solely to deliver transactional service-related messages in response to your interactions with a FlowSync-powered business.
We share your information with the FlowSync-powered business that you contacted, so they can provide you with the services you requested. We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform, including Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), Vapi (AI call handling), Resend (email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and do not use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing purposes.
